The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Transit Time
There is no inventory stock for all our custom handmade products. All orders are usually crafted within 15 working days.After the order is made, we will send you an email to confirm the final design.Upon your approval of the final design, We will dispatch the order 1-2 business days after you confirmed. Order processing time = order production time + email confirmation time 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 15 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time+Shipping Time

  • After your order is processed and produced by our artists, we will send you an email with pictures for your confirmation. We will dispatch the order 1-2 business days after you confirmed . 
  • Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it.
  • The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date you confirmed your order  and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

 

Check Your Order And Shipment

  • You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the Track Order page. 
  • Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.
