How do I give you a picture of my pet?
After placing an order, please send three pictures of your pet to this email address (againpets01@gmail.com),please send photos of your pet from different angles, we will make it according to your photos, if we need more photos, we will contact you by email
When can I see preview photos of my pets?
We can provide you with preview photos within 15 business days of placing your order
I'm not satisfied with the work, can I change it?
Of course, we are committed to providing 100% satisfactory service to our customers. You can put forward any changes that need to be made, and we will make them for you free of charge until you are satisfied
When can I expect to receive my order
It takes our craftsmen approximately 15 working days to make these items, once made we will send you an email with pictures for your confirmation, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of your confirmation and all of our products are shipped free of charge worldwide within approximately 8-10 working days!For rural locations, allow up to 15 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

Where do you ship from and do you ship to my country?
We have a team of artisans all over the world. We will ship from our warehouse in China due to the low tax rate and easy logistics. Currently,We support shipping to all countries. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
Do I need to pay the custom duty?
Highly unlikely. For many countries such as European Union, we actually prepay the custom duty for you, so you will not have to pay yourself. Very few of our competitors do that!
