Thank you for choosing our custom felt products! We strive to create unique and personalized products that meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges to ensure that you are satisfied with your custom felted product.

1. cancellation policy:

1.1. order cancellation before artist begins production:
If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount of your order.
Please contact our customer service team at againpets01@gmail.com to request a cancellation and initiate the refund process.


1.2. Order Cancellation within 3 days:
If you wish to cancel your order within 3 days after 24 hours of placing your order, we can accommodate your cancellation request but will only refund 40% of the order amount.
This is due to the amount of time and effort our artists have put into their projects.
To request a cancellation and start the refund process, please contact our customer service team at againpets01@gmail.com.


1.3. Cancellation is not possible after 3 days:
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for orders canceled after three days of placing the order.
Our artists spend hundreds of hours crafting each custom felted product, and canceling an order at this stage will not recoup the time and effort we have invested.

  • Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our felt products, we do not accept returns.
  • However, we ensure no risk for you by following a meticulous process.
  • Before shipping out your order, we will confirm the design and send you several photos of the product for your approval.
  • Prior to that, you can provide feedback to improve the design of your customized felt product. Only when you confirmed it, we will ship out the product.
